Houston Heights is the largest neighborhood inside it — Houston’s first master-planned community, incorporated as its own city in 1891 and annexed by Houston at the end of the 1910s — but SN 15 also covers Woodland Heights, Norhill, Sunset Heights, East Sunset Heights, Montie Beach and Clark Pines.
